My research project has been chosen as one of 25 undergraduate research projects from the University of Utah to be presented at Posters on the Hill. I get to tell my state legislators about what I am doing at the U, and hopefully help the school garner some good will. With all the recent budget cuts, this is becoming more and more important.
I am so stoked! It is really validating to work so hard on something and then have it acknowledged as a good idea/interesting by somebody else. Now I just need to get my poster together and find some killer shoes to wear... :)

All I can say is that you are simply amazing! You are truly one to inspire and uplift others, you go girl!! And good luck with the shoes, can't wait to see them!
